## The data that travels with each batch

- **Specification and CoA**: Identity, assay or purity (for example HPLC for curcuminoids), microbiology, loss on drying.
- **Ethylene oxide and 2-chloroethanol**: We require results from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory for every batch; EU rules require them for certain goods from India.
- **Pesticide residues and contaminants**: Pesticides (Reg. (EC) 396/2005), heavy metals and other contaminants (Reg. (EU) 2023/915).
- **Origin and processing statements**: Country of origin, no ethylene oxide treatment, irradiation and allergen status.
- **Manufacturer certification**: Food safety certificate (for example FSSC 22000) verified in the issuing body’s register.
- **Official certificate for import**: Where EU rules require it, the official certificate and analytical report accompany the shipment.

### Are botanicals from India tested for ethylene oxide?

They should be. For certain goods, EU rules require an official certificate and laboratory results for ethylene oxide with each consignment. We ask for accredited-lab results for every batch, regardless of product.

### What purity of psyllium husk do you supply?

Typically 95%, 98% and 99% purity grades, in husk and powder form. Share your specification and mesh size and we will match it.

### Is curcumin 95% an extract or a powder?

Curcumin 95% is a turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract standardised to 95% total curcuminoids.

### Do you provide Polish-language documents?

Yes. Specifications, statements and correspondence are available in Polish and English.
