Green Future Clinics P.S.A. is a Poznań-based B2B supplier that sources APIs, botanical raw materials and specialty chemicals from qualified Indian manufacturers, reviews the documentation against EU requirements and acts as the EU-side commercial and documentation partner for EU businesses. It is not a medical clinic. Who owns Green Future Clinics? Green Future Clinics is a Polish simple joint-stock company. Sudarshan Pharma Industries Ltd, a Mumbai-based company listed on BSE, is a shareholder and strategic partner. Do you sell to consumers or pharmacies? No. We work only with businesses: manufacturers, brands and distributors. Active substances are supplied only to authorised manufacturers and wholesalers. Do you manufacture the products? No. We source from manufacturers in India, name them in the document package and take contractual responsibility in the EU. Private-label products are made by qualified partner manufacturers. Which Incoterms and currencies do you work with? Incoterms are agreed per product and route. For active substances the importer of record must be registered with GIF, so until our own registration the import goes through the licensed partner named in the offer. Invoices in EUR or PLN. How quickly do you reply? We aim to reply within one business day with questions or a first answer. ## APIs & intermediates Do you supply APIs with a Certificate of Suitability (CEP)? Yes, where the manufacturer holds a valid CEP issued by EDQM. Each ingredient page shows the documentation route we work with, and CEP validity can be checked in the EDQM certification database. Who is the manufacturer of the API? We name the manufacturer and site in the document package we send for your review, together with its EU GMP inspection record. We do not change manufacturers without written change control. Can you supply small quantities for development or validation? Often yes. Tell us the quantity and purpose; sample and validation lots depend on the manufacturer’s pack sizes. Which documents does an API imported from India need in the EU? At minimum: a GMP-compliant manufacturer, a Written Confirmation from the Indian authority (or an EU-recognised equivalence), the CEP or ASMF route for your dossier, and a batch certificate of analysis. Our checklist article lists the full set. ## Botanical raw materials Are botanicals from India tested for ethylene oxide? They should be. For certain goods, EU rules require an official certificate and laboratory results for ethylene oxide with each consignment. We ask for accredited-lab results for every batch, regardless of product. What purity of psyllium husk do you supply? Typically 95%, 98% and 99% purity grades, in husk and powder form. Share your specification and mesh size and we will match it. Is curcumin 95% an extract or a powder? Curcumin 95% is a turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract standardised to 95% total curcuminoids. Do you provide Polish-language documents? Yes. Specifications, statements and correspondence are available in Polish and English. ## Private label Are oral thin films allowed as food supplements in the EU? Yes, if the composition, additives and doses fit EU food law. Some film formers and high doses are not allowed in supplements; we check the formula before production. Who notifies the product to GIS? The business placing the product on the Polish market. We prepare the notification documents with you. What are the minimum order quantities? They depend on the format and formula. Share your brief and target quantities and we will confirm MOQ and lead time. ## Cosmetic & industrial chemistry Who is the REACH registrant for chemicals you import? Either the EU importer or the non-EU manufacturer’s Only Representative. We confirm the route per substance before you order. What is the minimum order?
